A 9ct white gold ring, set with a deep yellow gem of a citrine appearance but believed quite possibly to be a sphene. The gem has lovely depth of colour and flashes of colour enhanced by the faceted cut. The white gold setting is a simple rub over style at the shoulders, cut away at the sides to reveal the depth of the stone. The ring is hallmarked 375 for 9ct with marks for the Birmingham assay office and date mark for 2011. A fine modern ring with a good sparkle and in excellent condition.
