A very handsome solid silver Propelling Pencil made by Cohen & Charles and hallmarked Birmingham 1965. These hallmarks are clearly visible on one side of the pencil. Nicely designed and good to hold in the hand, the pencil is decorated with a lovely engine turned pattern with a rectangular empty cartouche on one side. The pencil is operated by a turn at the top to allow the lead to protrude. The original and attractive case houses the pencil and there is an original instruction leaflet supplied.
Both the pencil and the box and leaflet are in great condition and the pencil works well.
