A splendid circular, Edwardian silver pill box. The hinged lid is beautifully decorated with an angel, clouds and a floral border.  There is a lovely gilt interior to the base and the lid and the lid closes neatly with a delicate snap. The body and base of the of the pot are plain, polished silver. 

Clear hallmarks are visible to the inside base of the box and part hallmarks are on the lid, both are for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1902 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The silver maker's mark is also clearly visible for Adie & Lovekin Ltd.   

Condition:  In lovely antique collector's condition. There are some scratches to the lid, please see images.
