A very neat Edwardian, solid silver single Sovereign Case in a plain polished silver with no engraving or embossing. With a loop for attachment. Spring loaded, the Case opens and closes perfectly.

Very clear and crisp hallmarks are visible on the inside of the lid for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1905 and Lion Passant indicating fine sterling silver and maker's mark for Aaron Lufkin Dennison. Partial marks are visible on the push button.

A lovely case, feels nice to hold in the hand.

Condition:  In very good antqiue condition.  There are some slight surface impressions and light scratches to the outer case, commensurate with age and use and mentioned for accuracy.
