A beautifully engraved solid silver stamp case in envelope form. The front of the case is decorated with lovely swirling patterns. The top is hinged and opens to reveal the hallmarks for the Birmingham Assay Office with a date mark for 1905 and the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver along with the maker's mark for Adie & Lovekin, there are matching part hallmarked inside the lid. The back of the Case is also engraved in the same style and has an empty cartouche to one side. There is a loop to one side for attachment.
