A very fine and heavy gauge solid silver Meat Skewer / Letter Opener, (could be used for both purposes). Clear hallmarks are visible on one side in the form of decoration for London 1970, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver, with the silver maker's mark for Wakely & Wheeler. There is a shell decoration at the top.
