A very fine solid silver Georgian helmet shaped cream jug with square foot and detailed edging.
Made by Henry Chawner in London 1793, the jug has wonderfully clear hallmarks under the foot.
An elegant addition to any dining table, this would make a wonderful present.
In good antique condition. There are some small impressions to the silver and the odd surface scratch, but not too noticeable.
