A solid silver Tablespoon made by the female silversmith Hester Bateman. This plain polished silver spoon has a lightly engraved monogram to the top of the spoon handle. Clear hallmarks are visible on the back for London 1787, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the silver maker's mark for the renowned lady silversmith: Hester Bateman.
Condition: In great antique condition. (Some slight surface scratching to the silver commensurate with age.)
