A super, vintage, heavy gauge silver bowl (135 grams), nicely proportioned. The bowl is simply plain polished silver with a protruding rim to the top edge and stands on a single circular foot. Very clear hallmarks are visible on the base for London 1961 along with the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver and the silver maker's mark: William Comyns & Sons Ltd.
This bowl is a great heavy weight and feels lovely and solid when held. Would be great as a gift or even could be used as a trophy as could so easily be engraved.
