A large sized, sterling silver Anointing Spoon.  The spoon is hallmarked London 1936 by the silver maker Wakely & Wheeler.  These spoons were made as a souvenir of the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.  It is a complete replica of the Coronation Spoon of the British Crown Jewels  and a similar size to the original (which was originally designed in the 12th century in gold).

A fabulous item of silver.  Great for a collector!
