Pair of fabulous silver lobster or crab earrings by designer Sarah Parker-Eaton, renowned for her art jewellery, much of which draws inspiration from sealife. Each of these very inventive and unusual earrings are styled as crustaceans with two sets of claws: a pair at the top and another pair at the bottom suspended from chain in a long drop. The pincers of the claws are in a contrasting gold tone.
Hallmarked as silver by the London Assay Office with the date1990 and with the makers initials impressed.
The earrings are for pierced ears and the posts are secured by large butterfly fastenings, also marked Sterling.
