A lovely pair of silver sugar tongs.  These Georgian silver tongs are elegantly decorated with a thread border surrounding the edge and a script engraved letter B to the top.  They are in good condition with very clear and crisp hallmarks on the inside for the London Assay office with a date mark for 1792. The makers marks are worn but can just be made out as GS WF for George Smith (III) & William Fearn.

Condition: Good antique condition with a little scuffing near the engraving. Please see images.

Nicely proportioned the measurements are: Length:  14 cm Weight:  32.1 grams

Weights and measurements are approximate.
