An unusual pair of Victorian matching silver pin dishes. Both of these dishes are decorated with an image of Sir Walter Raleigh and his first pipe, with the inscription across the bottom of each dish 'Sir Walter Raleigh's first pipe in England A.D. 1589'.
Both of the trays are fully hallmarked for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1897.
Condition: In great antique condition.
