A lovely vintage Scottish silver ring set with a circular citrine which has has been cut to add sparkle. The citrine is set in silver which is shaped as a thistle: rounded at the base with engraved leafy detail leading up towards the citrine 'flowerhead'.
A great ring for lovers of vintage Scottish silver. Citrine is the birthstone for November. In good vintage condition.
Hallmarked as silver by the Edinburgh Assay Office with makers mark AH and date letter (slightly worn) for 1963.

The band is adjustable making size flexible but as seen here it is size L 1/2.
Citrine diameter: 0.8cm. Height of setting: 1 cm. Width at base of band: 2.1mm Weight: 6 grams.
