A very fine set of 4 of solid silver Napkin Rings.  Circular in shape, the napkins are decorated with an engine turned pattern and each has an empty circular cartouch in the centre.  Each of the 4 are very clearly hallmarked on one side for the  London Assay Office with a date mark for 1944 along with the Lion Passant indicating sterling silver.  The silvermaker's mark is also visible: Edward Barnard & Sons Ltd.

A handsome set  in a good heavy gauge silver, and in great vintage condition. (The empty cartouch could be engraved for gift purposes).
