A beautiful sterling silver & enamel butterfly brooch by silversmith J Aitkin & Son. In the form of a butterfly, the wings are enamelled in the most stunning light purple colour with a green body. The brooch is marked Sterling Silver to the reverse, with the makers mark for J Aitkin & Son. There is a good fastening pin on the back.
