An absolutely superb silver caddy spoon.  Made by Omar Ramsden, considered the master of 20th century silverware.  This highly prized spoon is beautifully designed featuring a complex pattern to the intertwined leaves at the top of the handle and set with a beautiful pale blue cabouchon chalcedony which is surrounded by a rope twist border. The hand-made fig shaped bowl is delicately planished.  The hallmarks are clearly visible on the back for Omar Ramsden, assayed in London and dated 1926.

An outstanding spoon, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and revealing wonderful craftmanship and design, very collectable being an Omar Ramsden original piece.

Condition:  In wonderful condition (a strand of silver from the left hand leaf has been re-attached to the rope twist border surrounding the chalcedoney.  This is not noticeable, however, is mentioned for complete accuracy).
