An attractively engraved antique solid silver napkin ring, great as a wedding gift and popular presents for a new baby or Christenings. This napkin ring is nicely shaped, flaring outwards towards the rims which both have a neat beaded detail. The band is decorated with neatly engraved leaf motifs with a fine border and there is an empty parallelogram cartouche in the centre. This might be used to personalise with initials.

Hallmarks are clearly visible on one side for The Birnigham Assay Office with a date mark for 1918, the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver and the maker's mark Henry Williamson Ltd.
