A simply elegant silver bowl in planished silver. The surface has been shaped by light hammering which adds a subtle texture and shows the hand of the artisan, Robert Welch. Robert Welch (1929-2000) was an influential designer of silver, cutlery and handcrafted silver. The rim of the bowl also has a hammered finish that catches the light: the whole bowl has a lovely sheen.
The perfect gift for anyone who appreciates good craftsmanship, this beautiful dish would grace any table. Pot pourri or bon bons would make a nice addition!
Hallmarked to the outside of the bowl as sterling silver by the London assay office, 1995, with the R W mark of Robert Welch.
