Beautiful enamelled daisy brooch by Copenhagen jeweller Anton Michelsen.
The lovely silver gilt brooch is in the form of a daisy, with white enamel petals and textured gilt detail to the centre. This design was originally created in 1940 to celebrate the birth of Princess Margrethe. The company was later taken over by Georg Jensen who continued with the daisy design.
On the back are the marks for Anton Michelsen along with 'Sterling Denmark' 925S. There is a good fastening pin which works well.
