A wonderful pair of George III silver salt spoons, generously proportioned and in super condition. The spoon bowls are in a rounded shovel shape, with a warm gilt finish which contrasts nicely with the plain polished silver of the handle.

A lovely pair of Georgian silve salt spoons of good age and quality, they have a timeless elegance that also suits modern tastes. Fine antique collectors item, and it's nice to have a perfect pair.

Hallmarks: Each spoon is hallmarked as sterling silver, dated 1816, with the makers mark of Josiah John Piercy.
