A pretty solid silver vesta case decorated with scroll design and a vacant cartouche in the centre of the front. The lid is hinged at one side and opens to reveal the hallmarks on the inside lip for Birminghamn 1926, along with the lion passant mark, indicating sterling silver, and the maker's mark: Joseph Gloster Ltd. There is a loop at one side for attachment.
Condition: In very good condition. There are some impressions visible to the silver on the empty cartouche which we mention for complete accuracy.
